Return & Refund Policy

At Draft, every piece is handcrafted in sterling silver and made with care. As each item is individually finished and quality-checked before dispatch, we encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please email janmajay4414@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, mentioning your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible products within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping charges
  • Shipping charges for the replacement item

Once the returned product has been received and approved, the replacement item will be dispatched.


Eligible Items for Return & Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges on:

  • Rings
  • Necklaces
  • Bracelets
  • Charms and charm clasps
  • Ear cuffs

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Earrings and piercing jewellery
  • Nose cuffs and lip cuffs
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Gift cards
  • Ring sizers
  • Jewellery polishing cloths
  • Sale or discounted items


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at janmajay4414@gmail.com along with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Images of the packaging (if applicable)

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping

All Draft jewellery is proudly handcrafted in India.

Orders are typically made and processed within 7 business days before dispatch. Once your order ships, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in finish, texture, and detailing are natural characteristics of the jewellery and should not be considered defects.
