Every DRAFT piece is shaped and checked by hand before it reaches you. We take 7 days to make and process your order — this is not a warehouse operation. It is a considered process, and that takes time.

The Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unused and in its original condition. As each piece is made by hand, small variations in texture and form are part of the object — not a defect.

For hygiene reasons, the following are final sale:
- Piercing jewellery — earrings, clickers, threadless ends, flatback posts
